Innovation - The team was tasked with creation of a new and market definining product line. This stage of the project included working with prospects, beta custmers and existing long term high value customers.  The goal was to team with this target audience for flexible risk views, what if capability and diffentiating features

UI and User Experience - The Expero team created new and innovative designs and workflow patterns based upon the desired feature requests. These were curated and defined using an agile project with low and high fidelity work products.  The end goal was a comprehensive application and Customer Experience for the overall suite of products including the new risk product

Technology Assessment - The customer had a large and complex technology stack build over many years. The Expero team had to assess and create a unique new, fast and performant analytics and risk data capability. The new architectured software stack was capable of intetration to the existing platform while providing new features for real time analytics calculations

Custom Software Development - Once the new product had been designed from Customer Experience, User and Personal specific features, and technology archtecture the Expero team was tasked with turn key development.  The team was able to complete the full suite of development and was part of the successful product launch into the market
