A critical back office system for a major fund company was too time consuming, risking timely rebalancing and cash management operations. A redesign of the underlying workflows and user experience dramatically increased throughput of the same team.

A top multinational financial services corprations that manages trillions of dollars in assets, came to Expero to modernize in a multitrack backoffice platform in less than 6 months. The current platform was an older designed system that was utilizing aging technology and data workflow and User Interfaces. The target was to create a new vibrant, easy to use and newer technology platform.

UI & UX - The team was tasked with design and usability for internal users to complete back-office account tasks in more efficient and easy to use manner.  The workshops were set to review current workflows and issues.  The new process UI and workflow was designed and iterated per feedback from users

Modernization Vision - Once the goals of the business users were defined a comprehensive product release roadmap and feature plan was created. This allowed the client's internal team to be empowered for future features and a plan for a comprehensive product release plan

Technology Assessment - Simultaneously the Expero team assessed the current two tier client server architecture and its full data, analytics, and performance capabilities.  The new platform was modernized with a thin REACT front end with a single page application stack and more performant database layer.  Best practice technology patterns were selected for the completion of the technology platform
