Problem

VMLogix was offering on-premise tools for software development and automated testing, but the company wanted to create an on-demand version of its LabManager virtual lab solution. Designing a self-service application for the cloud brings special user experience challenges (e.g., additional guidance for users), so VMLogix turned to Expero for help.
 

Solution

Expero designed the on-demand offering’s information architecture and global navigation, screen layouts, interaction elements, and look and feel. We also incorporated terminology that resonates with the end-user audience, as well as optional guidance for first-time users and less-frequent users of specific features. The result is a powerful application that is easy to use.
