The lines are blurred between the time that Jennifer spent at the University of Texas at Austin and when her career began. Back then, “UX” as a term didn’t exist, but her passion for the customer experience was always at the forefront. She graduated from UT in 1995, then spent nearly three years in the Czech Republic focused on emerging brands.
Jennifer entered the tech world in 1998, and since then has been organizing teams and managing large projects for Fortune 500 companies such as Dell, USAA, TXU Energy, Direct Energy and First Choice Power.
In her spare time (of which there is very little), Jennifer enjoys family adventures, cooking, fly fishing (actually any kind of fishing, really), and learning new things.
